Project Overview
This project tackled a recurring compliance challenge in cart maintenance management at a semiconductor facility. Manual tracking caused missed maintenance, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies. The solution: a fully automated, real-time Excel dashboard for tracking, triage, and compliance.
My Approach
Imported and centralized raw cart records as the project’s single source of truth.
Cleaned and standardized maintenance log data in Excel for consistent reporting.
Built helper columns and dynamic formulas to automate service intervals, overdue flags, and KPI calculations.
Automated KPI tiles (overdue carts, high-risk carts, average days overdue, carts due this week).
Applied color-coded conditional formatting to instantly flag maintenance risk.
Created a live dashboard interface for ops teams to monitor status and drive decisions.
Business Impact
Reduced missed cart maintenance and compliance risk.
Enabled instant triage of high-risk carts.
Minimized manual data entry and improved real-time reporting.
Provided a scalable, reusable template for other facility teams.
